PETER ORTIZ

Peter F Ortiz, born 12-20-60 was raised in the barrio of Montopolis a section of Austin, a fifth generation native Texan which can be traced.  His family consist his parents, seven brothers, and one sister.  When he was still very young his talents were recognized and encouraged.  He finished High School in 1979, and continued his education at Austin Community Collage and 2 years at Otis/ Parsons School Of Design in Los Angeles, California,he resided in Los Angeles, off and on for 10 years and nine months on Long Island, New York, this provided him with years of nourishment, adding depth of the rich experiences he had gained growing up.
